Happy Summer Solstice


Tonight after I get home, I will be doing my "Solitary Solstice (RE) Dedication" ritual.

I know most of you are probably wondering why the RE is in parenthasies (?). It seems like I have "lost my way" along my journey. So with some long time thinking and consideration, I have desided to go ahead and honestly redo my dedication as if I am doing it for the first time. I have already read over the 13 GOALS OF A WITCH (rewritten it to fit me) and thats how I made my desision. Boy do I have some serious work to do after tonight.....all for the good of course.

All I know is that tonights ritual will be NON SCRIPTED (or written out like most rituals) and coming from the heart. To include the Summer Solstice Vow

A Week Of Failure

Well **sigh** last week was a complete failure!!
I didn't do a blasted thing except eat, sleep, work and do laundry. Shame on myself for not doing anything. Today was no better than the past week.

Now, starting in the morning (TUESDAY), I will start my little personal regiment up once again without skipping a beat. Plus keep it up throughout the remaining 3 months of the summer WITHOUT FAIL!!!! I don't care what my mom says or not says. I am going to do what I need to do. Ground turkey and chicken do not count any more in my book. 

I am going to live my life the way I need to live it. No more excuses for me.

That is all I really want to say about it this evening.

Hot Weekend

Yes it is summer time!! Some deal with the humidity of their states, some don't, some have it cooler than others, then there are those of us who see triple digits with no humidity and wonder why we are still in the state we are living. Me.....I would rather deal with looking like a lobster than the humidity.

The last few days, I have been updating my portfolio, which only really needed phone number changes in most places. Just need to update/redo one or two pages, then actually do a few pages with photos. Then get the few pages printed and added. But all in all the portfolio is done, just need to add as I "go along" type thing. Only page I actually need to update is my reference page, which I know I can do real quick.

Anyway, have a safe rest of your weekend, stay hydrated and cool.

Its Mid-Week Wednesday

Yes today is Wednesday, yahoo!!!

My Tuesday was so out of wack it wasn't funny. Show up to work as usual, not even 10 minutes later here come two managers (owners actually that are waiting for their store to be ready), and I let my "ringleader" know that they were thing I know he has to many people for the lunch rush. I "volunteered" to go home since I knew it was coming. Just to let everyone know, getting rid of me for the rest of my schedule is going to be a hard one (and food costly :>). 

Good thing is, tomorrow is payday.....and am already don't even bother asking for spare change from me cause I don't even have it.  Can't even afford instant coffee right now....

My little weekly "cheat sheet" is more pink than green.........but I know what the problem is
its my motivation to do it. I know how to correct it and such, but its getting one place to another that is the problem. I know I have to "pick up the pace" and get more motivated. I guess I could put out there a goal for a little retreat up north if I can get through the rest of the month til the first payday of August and go visit both of  my uncles and cousin.... <3  Sounds like a game plan; I will get started on that. Would like to see the Grand Canyon again.

Great Way To Start My Week

WEIGHT:  180 LBS (grunt grunt boo hiss as usual)
B/P: 180/95 (yes on the high side)
(took the meds so don't trip on me yet)
Yes I did my little \dvd workout and had my breakfast for what its all good for to get my 
Monday going.....;)  Most of my day will consist of having my nose in two different book; of course for reading purposes only. One book being 

Now this book I have started over a thousand time, passed on to other people just as much, and really never got to actually sit down and get myself through it. 
(Maybe even grow up a little bit in the process)
Now my goal for the week is to actually START AND FINISH reading the book!!!! Yes I will have a "book report" over the weekend as one of the blogs......"Go Michelle Go Michelle; you can do it you can do it!!!!"   I am even in one of the groups over on FB that is for those  us reading the book (or who have already read it).

The other book I am reading (just to break up the manatany of life) is that of 

I have (and own) several of Ms Telesco's books, but now I can find out (and learn) how to do my "quiet" stuff at home and not get a 3d degree from someone who doesen't understand my pathway outside the "mundane" typical lifestyle of the human race. (I hope I said that correctly without pissing anyone off). But will post some of the recipes out of the cookbook I have of hers.

Other goals of mine for the summer time are:
Updating my portfolio in all aspects
 (including new professional photos & printing it off)

Looking for a new place of employment {full or part-time / sorry Tom} 
for the actual "prep cook" skills that I have and want to grow/learn with.

Finally breaking down and getting my drivers liscense so I can do the above alot better.
{look out mom = am coming after the car soon :) }

Loosing 30 pounds of weight; even if its just water and stubbern fat
(seriously need to get off the meds and such)

Once the above have "fallen into place" the final two major goals are

finding a new place to live
(have until the beginning of August to do such a thing)
Finally find a lifestyle outside of my "comfort zone" that I like and can live with that fits
with my personality (attitude included)

My continual goal would be keeping up with this blog and myself .
 I would love <3 everyones help with this (or at least the ones who are actually reading it) continual goal of mine until I feel its necessary that I feel I have acomplished it.

Hello Everyone!!!! Its Sunday!!!

Yes that means tomorrow is Monday......ugh! Anyway....found the recipe I was looking for....


1 1/2 Tbs Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tbs Ketchup
2 Tbs Pomegranate Molasses (I found it at Whole Foods)
2 Tbs Honey
1 Tbs Sunflower Seed Oil
1 tsp smooth mustard
1 clove garlic, mince
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika

In a bowl, stir/whisk together all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.

Shelf life = 3 days

On Friday night, I made the bbq sauce up and put it in a gallan size storage bag along with 6 good size chicken legs. After "setting them up" I put the bag into the fridge so I could maranate the chicken in the sauce for at least 24 hours or until I got home from work. Then last night I got home just after 630 pm, (mom said nothing to me about finding my own way home from work), of course the after noon was spent at the mall waiting for a ride from mom 😕.Anyhoo, started the oven off at 400* and made dinner for the two of us.......Okay for the chicken; 400*, 45 minutes (to an hour) for the chicken in the oven.  No need turning or anything of the sort. but its good to check though. (165* in the fatty part of the leg). I made rice and mixed veggies to go along with the chicken.

That my friends is what came out.......

To my Pagan friends I know we have a "big day" coming up....what is everyone planning on doing besides the obvisous.......just asking thats all. Me, I am just going to do my "part" quietly, since really can't get out much (outside of work), and its too blasted hot during the day if I could, and I know better as well......especially since I was born and raised here in AZ. If my schedule at work stays the same; have to work that day anyway, but will make it to BIG SURF(Tempe) or GolfLand/SplashWOrld <?>(Mesa) the next day............

Yes my alter is a "working" one, and am happy with it. Even if (90% of) it has been scaled down to size amd sitting in storage.

Craziness Of Personnally Me

Okay lets get this thing started once again!!!

I am so tired of being in the same situation that have been and have lost count on the time! So its time to do something about it.....regardless of who says other wise.....including mom and everyone close to me who know the situation.
If one doesn't like it.....unfollow this blog.... or deal with it and learn. Also one may make a better friend in me in the process if sticks around.

WEIGHT: 185LBS (need to loose the 35 lbs)

BP:  185/95 (seriously need to lower it and get off the meds)

SMOKER: Yes, mostly "vape" now but need to QUIT both

EATING HABITS : Very bad, and am learning about becoming VEGETARIAN/VEGAN
on a healthy level, without hitting a "brick wall"

LIFESTYLE: Whats that? Need to get out of the current situation so
I can get out and find a new one.

(need to find another part time job for summer; sorry guys your not getting rid of me that quick)

RELIGIOUS PATH: Pagan and no that is not changing!
Its gonna get better!!!! 😝😝
