Hello Everyone!!!! Its Sunday!!!

Yes that means tomorrow is Monday......ugh! Anyway....found the recipe I was looking for....


1 1/2 Tbs Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tbs Ketchup
2 Tbs Pomegranate Molasses (I found it at Whole Foods)
2 Tbs Honey
1 Tbs Sunflower Seed Oil
1 tsp smooth mustard
1 clove garlic, mince
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika

In a bowl, stir/whisk together all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.

Shelf life = 3 days

On Friday night, I made the bbq sauce up and put it in a gallan size storage bag along with 6 good size chicken legs. After "setting them up" I put the bag into the fridge so I could maranate the chicken in the sauce for at least 24 hours or until I got home from work. Then last night I got home just after 630 pm, (mom said nothing to me about finding my own way home from work), of course the after noon was spent at the mall waiting for a ride from mom 😕.Anyhoo, started the oven off at 400* and made dinner for the two of us.......Okay for the chicken; 400*, 45 minutes (to an hour) for the chicken in the oven.  No need turning or anything of the sort. but its good to check though. (165* in the fatty part of the leg). I made rice and mixed veggies to go along with the chicken.

To my Pagan friends I know we have a "big day" coming up....what is everyone planning on doing besides the obvisous.......just asking thats all. Me, I am just going to do my "part" quietly, since really can't get out much (outside of work), and its too blasted hot during the day if I could, and I know better as well......especially since I was born and raised here in AZ. If my schedule at work stays the same; have to work that day anyway, but will make it to BIG SURF(Tempe) or GolfLand/SplashWOrld <?>(Mesa) the next day............

Yes my alter is a "working" one, and am happy with it. Even if (90% of) it has been scaled down to size amd sitting in storage.
